Lifecard International Investment Limited has acknowledged delays in property allocations, infrastructure development and refunds, promising estate visits and stakeholder engagements to address complaints from subscribers.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Grace Ofure Ibhakhomu, announced the measures in Lagos on Saturday while responding to allegations that Lifecard sold properties it had not acquired, failed to allocate properties to fully paid subscribers and left customers with unresolved investments.
Site visits and allocation exercises are scheduled across six developments in Lagos and Abuja from October 31 to December 7.
The schedule includes Spectacular Estate on October 31, Eden Court on November 7, Sprint Estate on November 13, Prosper Abuja on November 14 and Advantage Estate on November 21.
Subscribers to Grand Haven and Wealth Garden estates are expected to meet the company on December 7.
Ibhakhomu said the visits would allow subscribers to inspect locations, engage company representatives and participate in allocation processes where applicable.
“These exercises are not intended to be ceremonial visits or publicity events. They are part of a broader process of resolving outstanding obligations,” she said.
